The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Address and resolve patient and family concerns. Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety. Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license. Prior supervisory experience in healthcare. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Additional Duties:
