Full Job Description Role:
Full-Time Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (RN) leading nursing care at a Pediatric Day Health Care Center.
Responsibilities:
Support and supervise nursing staff, engage with children through activities, collaborate with physicians and families, develop care plans, and ensure quality assurance through documentation review.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida, at least two years of pediatric nursing experience within the last five years, current CPR certification, management experience preferred.
Skills:
Leadership, teamwork, compassionate care, ability to develop and evaluate care plans, and effective communication with staff, children, and families.
Key Duties:
Coordinate pediatric care for children up to age eight, provide direct care when necessary, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing services in a safe environment.
