Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care services to ensure high-quality, personalized care
- Supervise and support caregiving staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to resident care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to resident care and staff activities
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to promote resident well-being
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments of residents
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior care management or a related healthcare setting
