  • Unit Manager Responsibilities:
  • As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the RN/LPN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care.
Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care. Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including: Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
