Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse Heardmont Health Properties is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge nurse to join our team of amazing caregivers.
Duties:
Oversee and manage operations in a healthcare facility while ensuring compliance with standards and protocols for nursing department Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments Assist nursing with medications What we offer:

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of GA Long term care experience preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during weekend operations Paper application is required.
