Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services Fayetteville, GA We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services to provide leadership and oversight across the Operating Room, Pre-Op, and PACU . This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the perioperative departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while supporting staff development, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and oversight of the OR, Pre-Op, and PACU Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, assignments, and workflow across perioperative services Lead, support, and develop nursing and support staff across all three areas Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing leadership, and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient safety Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development Monitor quality metrics and participate in performance improvement initiatives Support preparation for regulatory and accreditation surveys Oversee supplies, equipment, and resources needed to support perioperative operations Identify opportunities to improve patient flow, efficiency, staffing utilization, and overall perioperative operations Serve as a clinical resource for the perioperative team and assist with patient care when needed Address staffing, operational, and patient care concerns in a timely manner Support education, competency development, and ongoing training for perioperative staff Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Georgia or eligible for licensure BSN preferred 3+ years of perioperative nursing experience Previous leadership or management experience overseeing OR, Pre-Op, and/or PACU preferred Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and surgical operations Experience with staffing, scheduling, staff development, and performance management Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills BLS required; additional perioperative certifications preferred
