Position Overview The RN Charge Nurse at GDCP plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily clinical operations within the facility. This position is responsible for coordinating nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and contract requirements. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Health Services Administrator, the Charge RN leads by example, supports staff development, and ensures efficient, safe, and consistent care delivery in a correctional healthcare setting.
