We provide short-term care, long-term care, palliative care, and respite care, all in a welcoming environment supported by skilled healthcare professionals. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care based on residents'/patients' age-related physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. Follow established standards, policies, procedures, and individual care plans to ensure quality and compliance. Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including performing CPR when required.
