Role:

Awaken Inspire Restore LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis in Newnan, GA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and health status Administer medications and treatments as directed by supervising physicians or NPs Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately in medical records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding care needs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment in compliance with health regulations Support patient education and provide guidance on health management and wellness

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia with atleast 2+ years experience Prior clinical nursing experience preferred Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care standards IV experience required Prior Authorization experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time schedule CPR/BLS certification preferred or required
