Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Coordination:
Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions; develop and execute care plans; document care, assessments, and incidents.
Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction:
Address patient concerns, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively to promote satisfaction and safety.
Performance Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, support initiatives to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Professional Growth & Leadership:
Maintain licensure, pursue ongoing education, mentor colleagues, and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. RN license (multi-state compact or single state). Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
