Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, the RN promotes patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying professional judgment to ensure effective treatment. Deliver safe, evidence-based care aligned with policies and procedures. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring family-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting change efforts to enhance quality and satisfaction. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development to stay current with industry best practices. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Uphold confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Minimum of two years of leadership and Med Surg experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
