A registered nurse provides quality, skilled creative nursing care while supervising, teaching, recording and evaluating the professional nursing care given to patients in the hospital. The patient population primarily served is aged 8 to geriatric. May be floated to other areas to assist in care of all other age groups based on established competencies. Spends 15% of time in management.
