Job Description
Overview WindCorp is a long-term care management company seeking a Director of Clinical services our Assisted Living and Personal Care Home communities. This is a Part-time position with flexible days and hours. This position requires a compassionate leader who can effectively educate and assist our communities Wellness Director's to meet and exceed initiatives while ensuring compliance with health regulations. When a Wellness Director leaves, takes an extended absence, or a community is transitioning between leaders, this position will step into the interim Wellness Director role. Interim responsibilities may include day-to-day clinical oversight, staff direction, resident and family communication, documentation review, scheduling support, regulatory follow-up, and onboarding the incoming Wellness Director. The ideal candidate would be a licensed LPN or RN with at least 2 years of Wellness Director experience in an ALF community. Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Georgia license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. At least two years of leadership experience as a Wellness Director or comparable clinical leader in an assisted living or personal care home setting. Strong working knowledge of assisted living clinical operations, medication management, service planning, documentation, resident care oversight, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to coach staff, address performance concerns, organize competing priorities, and lead calmly during periods of change. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with community and executive leadership. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout Central Georgia.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per weekBenefits:
