Your Impact As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be the clinical leader on your unit, helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care every day.

You will:

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides as assigned. Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols. Provide leadership and support to your nursing team. What We're Looking For Required Current Georgia LPN License in good standing. Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to providing exceptional resident care. Preferred Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience. Previous Charge Nurse experience. Newer nurses with the right attitude, compassion, and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
