Care Initiatives Hospice:

Active RN license (or ability to activate) in the state(s) in which you operate. Active CPR certification. Hospice or palliative care experience. At least one year in a leadership or charge nurse position or relative experience. Two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health or public health nursing; hospice experience preferred. Home access to the internet. Hospice and Palliative Registered Nurse Certification (CHPN) preferred, or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.
