Role Overview:

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development. Assist in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet financial and service goals. Provide patient-centered care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance. Develop and implement collaborative care plans aligned with medical interventions. Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, handle payroll, staffing, and disciplinary actions, and lead team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.

Experience:

2-5 years; supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses:

Valid RN license.
