We are seeking a Nurse Administrator to lead clinical and operational excellence within a modern, fast-paced ASC environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in surgery center operations, enjoys building efficient teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences. Leadership role with visibility and influence Growth-oriented environment with expansion plans underway Monday-Friday schedule — NO call Performance-based bonus potentially Collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on quality outcomes What You'll Do As Nurse Administrator, you will oversee the clinical and operational performance of the surgery center, ensuring excellence across patient care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Leading clinical and non-clinical personnel and daily center operations
  • Managing staffing, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
  • Overseeing regulatory readiness, infection control, safety, and quality initiatives
  • Supporting policy/procedure development and operational compliance
  • Coordinating surgery schedules and staff assignments
  • Managing purchasing, supplies, medication oversight, and narcotics documentation
  • Driving workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For
  • Active RN license required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required
  • Leadership or management exposure welcomed, but prior administrator experience is not required
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, clinical, and operational standards within surgical services
