Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Position Overview:

In this role, you will oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence within our facility. If you are a dedicated RN with strong leadership skills and a passion for long-term care, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Schedule:

3pm to 11pm 11pm to 7am

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans Administering medications and treatments as ordered Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois Current CPR Certification Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred #IND321
