Your Role:
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of assigned nursing units Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff Promote high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation Mentor and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education
Who We're Looking For:
