Key responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Documenting in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Monitoring residents' symptoms, reporting adverse reactions or refusals promptly Supporting care plan updates and transcribing physician orders Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance standards The role emphasizes preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.Qualifications and skills required include:
