As a RN Nurse Manager , you will be responsible for:

Administrative Responsibilities:

Overseeing the management of nursing staff, including supervision, evaluation, and development Coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling, bed management, and staff assignment Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination

Clinical Responsibilities:
