We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and inspiring Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to lead a dedicated nursing team and oversee the daily operations of two of our skilled nursing units. $85,000-$95,000 annually Excellent staffing ratios Beautiful 60-acre campus Stable, nonprofit organization with a strong reputation for quality care Career growth and leadership development opportunities Supportive and collaborative clinical leadership team Opportunity to make a lasting impact on residents, families, and staff What You'll Do As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of your nursing units, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing department staff Ensure physician orders are accurately followed and implemented Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, conditions, and quality of care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff through education and performance feedback Support orientation and onboarding of new employees Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency Promote restorative nursing practices and resident independence Maintain compliance with infection control, medication management, and regulatory requirements Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality What We're Looking For Qualifications Current Indiana RN or LPN license Minimum of two years of nursing experience , preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Passion for serving older adults and improving quality of life Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 403(b) retirement plan with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Long-term disability coverage Free onsite gym membership Professional development opportunities Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Join a Team That Feels Like Family At Greenwood Village South, we're more than a workplace, we're a community.
