What You Will Do:

As our Director of Nursing, you will serve as the designated Clinical Manager required by CMS. You will champion patient safety, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a supportive, supportive environment for our staff. Oversee all daily clinical operations, water treatment testing, and infection control protocols. Lead, mentor, and schedule our specialized nursing and PCT team to eliminate burnout. Looking For:

Credentials:

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of State Name . BSN preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on chronic hemodialysis experience, with at least 1 year in a charge nurse or clinical leadership role.

Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with CMS Conditions for Coverage (CfC) for ESRD facilities.
