Job DescriptionAs an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan. This includes passing of medications, taking vitals, completing related documentation, along with participating in the care plan process. You will also help guide the nurse aides working on your unit to help care for residents. Qualifications Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of IndianaStrong passion for geriatric nursing and serving othersAble to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient familiesAble to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated teamAble to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed
