The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will manage nursing activities, collaborate on patient care, provide guidance, and monitor patient progression. The person in this role will work closely with a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of care and enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all nursing care in the Surgical Acute unit. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and the medical team. Participate in the recruitment and training of nursing staff.
