You'll:

Inspire, mentor, and develop an outstanding interdisciplinary team Lead all clinical operations and nursing services Foster accountability while creating a positive, team-focused culture Ensure excellence in patient care, documentation, and regulatory compliance Partner with the Executive Director to strengthen operations and support strategic growth Lead quality initiatives, survey readiness, and performance improvement Guide staffing, productivity, scheduling, and clinical resource management Coach clinicians through complex patient care situations Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, and referral partners We're Looking For Someone Who... Leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability Enjoys mentoring and developing clinical staff Stays calm under pressure and solves problems proactively Builds trust through communication and collaboration Has a passion for hospice and serving patients at the highest level Believes compliance and excellent patient care go hand in hand Qualifications Required Current Louisiana RN license in good standing Minimum three years of nursing experience At least one year of hospice, home health, oncology, or palliative care experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Previous Hospice Clinical Director, Director of Nursing, Patient Care Manager, or Clinical Manager experience BSN preferred Experience with Medicare Conditions of Participation, QAPI, survey readiness, and hospice operations Experience with Homecare Homebase or similar hospice EMR The Right Leader Will Find...
