This Neonatal Intensive Care and neonatal critical care unit provides advanced respiratory support, surgical recovery services, and comprehensive family-centered care in a technologically advanced environment. The NICU Nursing Manager will play a key leadership role in maintaining excellence across this expansive neonatal critical care service line, ensuring evidence-based practice standards and exceptional clinical outcomes for the most vulnerable patients.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the NICU Nurse Manager will lead a team of dedicated charge nurses, staff RNs, respiratory therapists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
