Cypress at Lake Providence is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support every other weekend. Flexible Weekend Schedule Every other weekend Work 8.5 hours each weekend Create your own schedule based on your availability Hours can be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM Great opportunity for an RN looking for additional hours, leadership experience, or a flexible weekend role Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition Provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standards Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Assist with clinical decision-making and address weekend concerns Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standards Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team Qualifications Current, unrestricted Louisiana RN license Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable and able to work independently Enjoy the flexibility to choose your own weekend hours while making a difference in the lives of our residents.
