Full-time, Monday-Friday (weekend call rotation required) Chateau Napoleon Caring is committed to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Manager RN to join our leadership team and help drive excellence in resident care. Position Summary The Unit Manager RN is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and services. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana Available for weekend call rotation, approximately every 6 weeks, based on facility needs Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices Understanding of long-term care regulations, guidelines, and standards Previous long-term care experience preferred; healthcare-related experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff Why Join Chateau Napoleon Caring?
