Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager . The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of resident care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Conduct staff education, coaching, and performance evaluations. Assist with infection prevention, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management. Participate in family meetings and address resident and family concerns professionally. Maintain adequate staffing and assist with scheduling as needed. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations. CPR/BLS certification required.
