Nurse Manager - OB/L&D |
Job Requirements Travel Rate:
$4,024/40hrs (Outside 50 miles)
Local Rate:
$3,720/40hrs (Within 50 miles)
Schedule:
Days | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8s) Every other weekend & holiday on-call No additional pay for on-call hours
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Obstetrical (OB) Nursing experience Previous Nurse Manager/Supervisor experience required Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery Kronos experience is a major plus
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Active Massachusetts RN License BLS, ACLS, and NRP required Inpatient OB Certification strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily OB department operations and staffing Prepare schedules, approve timecards, and coordinate staffing Lead shift huddles and serve as Charge RN when needed Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and staff coaching Support staff education, quality improvement, and policy implementation Provide direct patient care when required Participate in departmental and hospital committees
Pay:
$3,720.00 - $4,024.00 per hour
