Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator
- 24 hours/week Salary Range (based on experience)

Ensures accurate MDS completion in accordance with state and federal regulations. Review Medicare charts to determine coverage, communication on aspects of care to staff for documentation. Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning. Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers. Do PRI's when requested. Provide PEN Therapy usage forms monthly and certifications as required for gastrostomy feedings. monitor necessary documentation for bed use. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. Requirements of theClinical Reimbursement Coordinator:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Prior MDS / Clinical Reimbursement experience. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred Strong organizational skills; detail oriented Exceptional critical thinking skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults.CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 1-3 YEARS PRIOR REIMBURSEMENT/MDS EXPERIENCE.
