Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Lead Perioperative Care in a Growing Outpatient Surgical Setting We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Nursing Manager to lead our Pre-Op and PACU teams at an outpatient surgical center in Danvers, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced perioperative nurse and leader who enjoys developing teams, overseeing daily operations, and partnering closely with physicians and anesthesia providers to deliver exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Pre-Op and PACU departments Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and department operations Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care throughout the patient's surgical experience Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards Implement process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency Support staff education, competency development, and performance management Serve as a clinical resource and visible leader for the nursing team Help ensure an exceptional patient experience from admission through recovery and discharge What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts RN license BSN preferred Management, Assistant Nurse Manager, or comparable nursing leadership experience required Full-time Charge Nurse experience with significant responsibility for staff oversight, daily operations, and clinical leadership will also be considered Strong clinical experience in Pre-Op, PACU, perianesthesia, or perioperative nursing Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient surgical environment preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and staff development Why This Opportunity?
