Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the role of Staff Development Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents while promoting a culture of nursing and clinical excellence and infection prevention. Responsibilities:
Staff Development Coordinator:
Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility Assist with the orientation of all new employees Be an example of best practices within the facility
Requirements:
