Job Description

AccentCare seeks an RN Clinical Director to lead clinical operations within our biotechnology and pharmaceutical-focused care programs. In partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, this role oversees nursing services, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives supporting patients on complex medication therapies. The RN Clinical Director will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with pharmacy and manufacturing partners, and analyze clinical outcomes. You will champion evidence-based practice, lead training, and foster a collaborative, innovation-driven culture focused on patient safety and exceptional care. Responsibilities Lead and oversee clinical operations and nursing services Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and care pathways Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff performance Collaborate with pharmacy, manufacturing, and interdisciplinary teams Use data to track outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives Coordinate care for patients on complex medication therapies Lead staff education and training on evidence-based practice Support policy development for medication safety and handling Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Required Skills Clinical operations management Nursing leadership Regulatory and compliance knowledge Quality improvement methodologies Care coordination Clinical protocol development Data analysis and outcomes tracking Interdisciplinary team collaboration Medication safety and management Staff training and development
