This position combines hands-on clinical care with service-line development, operational leadership, and guest education. The Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-informed, individualized care across medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, vitamin infusion therapy, and other wellness and longevity services. In partnership with the Medical Director and Operations leadership, this individual will also help develop clinical protocols, refine the guest journey, introduce new services, and establish a wellness division that is clinically responsible, operationally sound, and financially sustainable. The ideal candidate is an experienced and entrepreneurial provider who enjoys building programs, developing long-term guest relationships, and helping guests achieve meaningful and measurable health outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Medical Weight Management Conduct comprehensive consultations for new medical weight management guests, including review of medical history, medications, previous weight management efforts, lifestyle factors, health risks, and personal goals. Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing and diagnostic information. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating medication, nutrition, movement, behavior modification, and ongoing clinical monitoring. Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications and other appropriate weight management therapies within the provider's scope of practice. Conduct follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans, medication dosages, and monitoring schedules as clinically indicated. Educate guests regarding medication use, expected outcomes, potential side effects, contraindications, and when to contact the practice. Monitor weight, vital signs, body composition, laboratory results, medication tolerance, and progress toward established goals. Identify guests who require additional medical evaluation, referral, or coordination with another healthcare provider. Collaborate with Operations to develop program structures, pricing tiers, membership options, follow-up schedules, and the overall guest journey. Support the development of retention and re-engagement strategies for guests who are overdue for follow-up or at risk of discontinuing treatment. Pellet Hormone Replacement Therapy Conduct comprehensive hormone health consultations and symptom assessments. Order and interpret appropriate baseline and follow-up laboratory testing. Develop individualized hormone replacement treatment plans in accordance with clinical indications and established protocols. Determine appropriate dosing under the oversight and protocols established by the Medical Director. Perform hormone pellet insertions or complete required training and demonstrate clinical competency before independently performing the procedure. Monitor guest symptoms, laboratory results, treatment response, and potential adverse effects. Establish and manage appropriate follow-up, re-dosing, and laboratory monitoring schedules. Provide clear pre-procedure and post-procedure education and instructions. Coordinate with Guest Care to ensure timely scheduling of consultations, insertions, laboratory testing, and follow-up visits. Oversee the clinical components of pellet inventory, ordering, storage, documentation, and tracking. Injectable Hormone Replacement Therapy Conduct consultations and determine clinical appropriateness for injectable hormone replacement therapy. Order and interpret baseline and ongoing laboratory testing. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication selection, dosing, and monitoring. Prescribe therapies within the provider's scope of practice and applicable state and federal requirements. Educate guests regarding medication administration, storage, safety, potential risks, expected outcomes, and monitoring requirements. Teach and assess guest competency in self-injection when applicable. Monitor adherence, symptom improvement, laboratory results, and treatment outcomes. Manage refill, renewal, laboratory, and follow-up timelines. Respond appropriately to side effects, abnormal results, contraindications, and changes in the guest's health status. Vitamin Infusion Therapy Provide clinical oversight for ALDA's vitamin infusion and injectable wellness services. Evaluate guests for clinical appropriateness, contraindications, medication interactions, allergies, and risk factors. Develop and maintain evidence-informed infusion protocols, treatment parameters, emergency procedures, and eligibility criteria. Perform or supervise IV starts and infusion administration as permitted by applicable law and ALDA protocols. Monitor guests throughout treatment and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or clinical concerns. Ensure required emergency supplies, medications, and equipment are available and maintained. Oversee inventory levels, ordering, storage requirements, lot tracking, and expiration-date monitoring. Train, supervise, and support nursing or clinical support staff involved in infusion services. Periodically evaluate the infusion menu for safety, guest demand, clinical value, and financial performance. Wellness Division Leadership and Growth Serve as the clinical leader and internal subject-matter resource for ALDA's wellness division. Partner with the Medical Director and Operations leadership to establish the strategic direction of the division. Identify emerging guest needs and recommend appropriate new services, programs, and technologies. Evaluate opportunities such as peptides, metabolic testing, menopause care, men's health, longevity services, nutritional support, and other evidence-informed wellness offerings. Assist with clinical, operational, financial, and workflow evaluations before launching a new service. Lead or support pilot programs and recommend whether services should be expanded, revised, or discontinued. Develop and maintain clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, consent forms, treatment documentation, standing orders, educational materials, and emergency procedures. Help define program pricing, packaging, membership structures, treatment cadence, and resource requirements in partnership with Operations. Ensure new services can be delivered safely, consistently, and profitably before implementation. Monitor regulatory, clinical, and industry developments relevant to the wellness division. Participate in leadership meetings and provide regular updates regarding division performance, clinical needs, opportunities, and barriers to growth. Guest Experience and Education Create a warm, welcoming, and educational experience during every guest interaction. Explain clinical recommendations in language that is clear, transparent, and easy to understand. Establish realistic expectations regarding treatment timelines, outcomes, financial commitment, and required follow-up. Engage guests in shared decision-making and support their ability to make informed choices. Develop long-term therapeutic relationships that encourage adherence, retention, and continuity of care. Respond to guest questions and clinical concerns within established practice standards. Collaborate with Guest Care to create effective consultation, onboarding, follow-up, recall, refill, and renewal processes. Support the development of guest education materials, frequently asked questions, treatment guides, and pre- and post-treatment instructions. Cross-Referral and Practice Collaboration Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce wellness guests to ALDA's aesthetic services, including injectables, laser treatments, HydraFacials, skincare, and other complementary services. Educate aesthetic providers and Guest Care team members about wellness services, eligibility considerations, and appropriate referral opportunities. Receive and appropriately evaluate referrals from the aesthetic team. Collaborate with other providers to create coordinated treatment plans when a guest's wellness and aesthetic goals overlap. Participate in internal training, community education, guest events, and practice marketing initiatives. Serve as a credible clinical resource for wellness-related marketing and educational content. Ensure all clinical claims and educational messaging remain accurate, responsible, and consistent with applicable requirements. Clinical Quality, Safety, and Compliance Practice within applicable state and federal laws, professional standards, ALDA policies, and the individual's authorized scope of practice. Maintain all licenses, registrations, certifications, and continuing education required for the position. Complete accurate and thorough clinical documentation within ALDA's established timeframe. Review laboratory and diagnostic results promptly and communicate results and recommendations appropriately. Maintain reliable systems for tracking required laboratory testing, medication refills, treatment renewals, follow-up visits, and monitoring windows. Obtain and document informed consent before treatment. Protect guest confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and ALDA privacy and security policies. Participate in quality assurance, chart review, incident review, and clinical process-improvement activities. Recognize clinical concerns that require escalation, referral, emergency intervention, or consultation with the Medical Director. Maintain current knowledge of clinical research, safety guidance, and best practices relevant to services provided. Inventory and Operational Responsibilities Monitor wellness medication, pellet, infusion, and clinical supply inventory. Collaborate with Operations regarding ordering, par levels, storage, cost management, and vendor relationships. Ensure medications and supplies are stored and tracked according to manufacturer requirements, practice policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor lot numbers, expiration dates, waste, usage, and inventory discrepancies. Help reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring adequate supplies are available to support scheduled services. Communicate equipment, medication, staffing, scheduling, or supply needs proactively. Use ALDA's electronic medical record, scheduling, inventory, and communication systems accurately and consistently. Team Leadership and Development Mentor and cross-train clinical, Guest Care, and support team members regarding wellness services. Establish clear expectations for team members involved in the wellness guest journey. Provide ongoing education regarding service offerings, clinical eligibility, guest communication, safety, and follow-up requirements. Help create a collaborative environment in which team members can raise clinical or operational concerns. Provide constructive feedback and support consistent execution of established workflows. Model professionalism, accountability, sound clinical judgment, and a guest-centered approach. Support future hiring, onboarding, and competency development as the wellness division grows. Performance Expectations The Wellness Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Program Lead will be accountable for agreed-upon clinical, operational, guest experience, and division-growth goals. Performance will be reviewed regularly, typically monthly or quarterly. Initial targets will be established collaboratively by the provider, Medical Director, and Operations leadership. Targets may be adjusted as the wellness division matures, new services are introduced, and sufficient baseline data becomes available.

Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/APRN licensure in Massachusetts. Current national board certification in an appropriate Nurse Practitioner specialty. Current prescriptive authority and all state and federal registrations required for the medications prescribed in this role. Current DEA registration when required for assigned clinical responsibilities. Current BLS certification. Experience in medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, integrative medicine, women's health, men's health, or a related field. Demonstrated competency in laboratory interpretation, medication management, patient education, and longitudinal clinical monitoring. Ability to recognize contraindications, abnormal findings, adverse effects, and circumstances requiring referral or escalation. Strong clinical documentation, organization, communication, and follow-through. Ability to use an electronic medical record and other practice-management systems. Ability to work collaboratively under ALDA's clinical governance structure and Medical Director oversight. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing hormone pellet insertions. Experience with injectable hormone replacement therapy. Experience with IV therapy and infusion-service oversight. Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 and other medical weight management therapies. Training or certification in menopause care, obesity medicine, functional or integrative medicine, men's health, or longevity medicine. Certification or education through organizations such as The Menopause Society, A4M, the Obesity Medicine Association, or another recognized professional organization. Experience developing a new clinical program or growing an existing service line. Experience creating clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and staff training materials. Familiarity with medication, supply, and inventory-management systems. Previous leadership or team-development experience.

Schedule and Work Environment Full-time position. Schedule will be established based on practice and guest needs. Regular in-person clinical availability is required. The position requires the ability to perform clinical procedures, use medical equipment, remain in a stationary or standing position for portions of the workday, and respond appropriately during urgent clinical situations.
