Primary responsibilities include ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide professional and paraprofessional services in accordance with applicable law and regulations and accepted standards of care, as well as policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of the clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides and social workers to ensure the client and patient goals are met Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers. Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered, and staff are trained on care procedures QAPI/Clinical case conferences/skills check off Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/clinical care Make sure field staff working standards and processes are in place from time to time
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license BSN preferred in MA
