Pediatric LPN Nurse Manager 32+ Hours per Week | Pediatric Healthcare Setting We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nurse Manager to join our pediatric healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, compassionate nursing professional who enjoys working with children and families while supporting a high-quality clinical environment. Position Highlights 32+ hours per week Nurse Manager/leadership role within a pediatric practice Collaborative and supportive healthcare team Opportunity to contribute to quality improvement and patient care Responsibilities Oversee and support day-to-day nursing operations Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff Ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient care for pediatric patients Coordinate immunization activities and maintain accurate vaccination records Support compliance with applicable DPH regulations, policies, and clinical standards Assist with staff training, scheduling, workflow, and performance support Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Work collaboratively with providers, staff, patients, and families Help ensure the practice remains compliant with pediatric healthcare and infection-control standards Preferred Qualifications & Experience Current LPN license in good standing Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred Previous supervisory or nurse management experience preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred Experience administering and managing immunizations Familiarity with Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS) Knowledge of Massachusetts DPH regulations and requirements Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare environment We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and confident in a leadership role , with a strong commitment to providing excellent care to children and their families.
Expected hours:
32.0 - 40.0 per week
