Job Description

Position Overview Seeking a 13-week Travel Administrative Director to oversee hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends in North Adams, MA .

Exempt Position:
No overtime, holiday, call, or call-back premiums 3. Key Responsibilities Direct hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. Oversee inpatient units and ancillary/support departments operating during assigned hours. Provide leadership and clinical direction to nursing and hospital staff. Make prompt, informed decisions in complex clinical situations. Respond appropriately to emergency, trauma, and critical-care situations. Support staffing, patient care, and operational needs across departments. Manage multiple urgent activities and problems calmly and effectively. Resolve conflicts professionally and fairly. Apply hospital policies, procedures, and contractual requirements consistently. Serve as a clinical and professional role model for staff. Support staff through organizational and operational changes. Promote teamwork, accountability, and high-quality patient care. 4. Requirements Minimum 3 years of successful healthcare leadership experience required. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) . Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher required. Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution. Working knowledge of acute-care medical center operations. Experience handling emergency, trauma, and critical-care situations. Demonstrated continuing education and professional growth. Strong decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable work history and strong professional work ethic. Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Massachusetts RN license required. 5. Education BSN or higher required. 6. Certifications BLS - American Heart Association required ACLS - American Heart Association required 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hospital staffing systems. Previous administrative or house-supervisor leadership experience. Strong critical-care knowledge. Teaching hospital experience. Excellent conflict-resolution and team-management skills.
Pay:
$3,600.00 - $3,800.00 per week Application Question(s): Must be a Registered Nurse (RN). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher required
