2:45pm - 11:15pm At Rockridge Retirement Community, we believe in our mission to effectively use our human and financial resources and will search for new opportunities to provide high quality and highly-valued care that exceeds the expectations of those we serve. Responsible for providing care and assistance to residents according to community policies and procedures and the instructions of the Resident Care Director and/or the Nurse Supervisor. The Assisted Living CNA Supervisor will supervise CNAs in those areas and provide support and training as needed, maintain consistent manner in implementing reasonable limits and structure for each client on a daily basis in the residence and in the community and maintain contact with families and collaterals as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulations for effective job performance. Maintain professionalism and compassion in interactions with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders. Lead and mentor the wellness department, ensuring compassionate care, while overseeing orientation and training for new CNAs.
