As our Evening Nurse Community Supervisor, you'll be the clinical leader from 4pm-12am, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality care, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff. What You'll Do

• Lead and support evening care teams across the community
• Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and service
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and family communication
• Promote teamwork and problem-solving during evening hours
• Help maintain a calm, well-coordinated environment residents can trust What You Bring
• Current MA RN or LPN license
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• A passion for serving older adults
• Ability to inspire confidence and guide staff through evening routines What We Offer
