308 Kingstown Way, Duxbury, MA Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step into leadership while continuing to provide exceptional resident care? Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 5-Star, deficiency-free skilled nursing facility , is seeking a compassionate and hands-on Unit Manager to lead our care team. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN or LPN who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with residents and families, and remaining actively involved in clinical care. This role could be split for the right candidate! Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive salary Shift differentials Free parking Career growth opportunities Supportive local and corporate leadership Work at a highly rated, deficiency-free facility Qualifications Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing Current CPR certification Graduate of an accredited nursing program Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Responsibilities Lead the daily clinical operations of a sub-acute unit Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in the on-call rotation Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods. This is not a desk-only management position. Our Unit Managers lead by example and work alongside their teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
