- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced, licensed RN, Nurse Manager, to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team.
Responsibilities:
Act as a primary case manager to 3-6 consumers Provide nursing interventions to individuals Facilitate and coordinate medical care to include communication with health care providers Provide health education to individuals Assist in the management of medications and the overall functioning of the nursing department Formulate and regularly update Comprehensive Assessments and IAP's for clients on your caseload Transport consumers to work sites, meetings, daily activities, appointments, and activities as needed. Participate in rotating on-call coverage and evening shifts to ensure 24/7 support for clientsQualifications:
Requires an associates degree in nursing RN nursing license Experience working with adults with mental illness and knowledge of psychiatric and medical medications Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
