What You'll Do As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the daily nursing operations on your unit while providing direct resident care and supporting your nursing team throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing staff during the shift Providing direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes appropriately Ensuring accurate documentation, physician order transcription, and care plan updates Coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges Helping create a calm, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents, families, and staff Maintaining compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and nursing regulations Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident outcomes What Makes You a Great Fit Successful nurses at Masconomet are compassionate, organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Requirements:
