PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN / LPN

Supervisor The

RN / LPN

Supervisor oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. Reports to the Director of Nursing

SCHEDULE

Weekend Supervisor 7a-7p One weekday on call per week

RN / LPN
