RegalCare at Worcester, MA RegalCare at Worcester is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where our dedicated staff plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for those we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (RN) to join our team! This full-time, Monday-Friday position is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least one year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

Active RN license in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
