RN Supervisor Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership during evening hours Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care Support compliance with Maryland nursing regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Maintain a safe, compassionate, person-centered environment RN Supervisor Requirements Active, unencumbered Maryland RN license in good standing Current BLS certification Supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality Strong leadership and communication skills Why Havre de Grace?
