Incredible Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead and support clinical teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and implement best practices in staffing, workflow, and safety. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, support nurse retention, and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrive in mission-driven, data-informed environments focused on impact and patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and management of nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations for nursing team members. Use digital tools and analytics to monitor staffing metrics, patient outcomes, and workflow efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission and CMS requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary care and optimize patient outcomes. Lead and support quality improvement, patient safety, and risk reduction initiatives within assigned units or service lines. Contribute clinical subject matter expertise to internal teams developing and refining Incredible Health's technology platform and hiring solutions. Manage operational aspects of nursing units, including resource utilization, staffing plans, and budget-related input. Mentor and develop nursing staff, supporting career growth, professional development, and engagement. Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning aligned with Incredible Health's focus on technology-driven solutions.
