Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Providing direct patient care when needed and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.

Qualifications required:

Current RN licensure per state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
