Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care and team management in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units. Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline. Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful patient relationships. Celebrating patient recovery milestones.

Qualifications:

Current RN licensure as per state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role.
